ACQUISITION CRITERIA
What we're looking for.
A short snapshot of where Portara invests. If your villa fits within these parameters, we'd encourage you to submit.
Property type
Standalone luxury villas, beachfront estates, mountain retreats. Single-family, not condos or branded resort residences.
Valuation range
$3M to $30M USD typical. Exceptional properties above this range considered case-by-case.​​
Geography
Mediterranean, Caribbean, Southeast Asia, Latin America. Strong preference for established luxury short-stay markets.
Operating profile
Existing rental history preferred but not required. Properties with strong potential for short-term rental yield are of particular interest.
Title and structure
Clear title, ownership-friendly jurisdictions, ability to hold in fund-controlled vehicle.
